Various factors attributed to this inconvenience, the main one being a severe financial deficiency causing us to implement severe layoffs of many of our personnel. However, all this has changed. A new day has dawned for The Shelbyville Shouter! No more of this "hit-n-miss" stuff. No more "old news". No more wondering if TSS will post today. No, no my dear readers! The Shelbyville Shouter has finally experienced it's revolution. Its reawakening. Its rebirth. Its own cyber-renaissance if you will. Yes my friends, This truly is a day to rejoice! Spread the word! Tell all your amigos that the Shelbyville Shouter has come back to life!!!!
